Classes/Styles

Beginner's Yoga

Focus on breath, alignment, and getting the body used to basic movements and poses.  Emphasis on safe transitions between poses and introduction into meditation and other stress relieving techniques.

Meditation

A donation based meditation that utilizes various techniques to help quiet the mind.  Each week the style will vary including traditional sits, active, guided, chakra cleansing, and more.  This class is free for all to attend, donations accepted.
